You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a suite of tools for providers, patient workflows, and diagnostic reporting. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).\nHelp reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to shape quality from the ground up.\nAnalyze and evaluate business requirements with product managers and translate them into test strategies.\nCreate, execute, and maintain test documentation and test plans.\nCreate and execute manual and automated testing of web applications: exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing.\nTest APIs and backend services (REST, GraphQL) for robustness and correctness.\nEnsure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, prioritized, and tracked.\nLead root cause analysis with developers to accelerate defect resolution.\nMentor junior QA engineers and help instill best practices across the team.\nBe an active voice in process improvements to raise product quality and engineering performance.\nIntegrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality.\nEnsure web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) through manual and automated testing.\nContribute to performance and security testing efforts where applicable..\nWhat You’ll Bring\n4+ years of professional experience in software QA.\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.\nExperience with test design techniques and practical implementation.\nStrong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, and APIs.\nExperience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.\nAwareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience testing with tools like Axe, Lighthouse, or screen readers.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).\nSolid experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities.\nA collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centered products.\nBS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.\nNice to Have\nExperience testing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).\nFamiliarity with mobile app testing tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, Appium, Detox, or BrowserStack.\nUnderstanding of mobile app distribution workflows (TestFlight, Google Play Console) and CI/CD integration.\nExperience designing and executing accessibility test strategies to ensure inclusive user experiences.\nExperience contributing to performance and security testing initiatives.\nExperience testing healthcare applications, electronic health record (EHR) systems, or products handling sensitive health data (HIPAA, PHIPA, or similar compliance environments).\nOur Values\nFirst: we are Pioneers\nTransforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum.
