We hire bold thinkers with a heart for impact, a passion for progress, and the optimism to shape the future of transportation.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Sr. Analyst, GTM Systems to own key platforms and workflows within our go-to-market technology stack, so Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success can do their best work. You'll be a recognized subject matter expert, working with a high degree of autonomy on complex, cross-functional problems. In this role, you'll analyze business needs, design and build solutions, troubleshoot problems that span platforms, and make sure changes are delivered, adopted, and measured. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations, Revenue Enablement, Enterprise Systems, Software Engineering, and IT. This is a remote position.\nEssential Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis and Solution Design\nLead discovery with business stakeholders to understand operational goals, current processes, and requirements.\nAnalyze, model, and document requirements, including workflow diagrams and solution specifications.\nEvaluate platform capabilities and recommend solutions, including automated controls and data rules.\nAssess upstream and downstream impacts before changes go live.\nChallenge requests that don't connect to a clear business outcome.\nPlatform Ownership and Administration\nOwn the configuration, administration, health, and documentation of assigned GTM platforms, and provide backup coverage for other platforms owned by GTM Systems.\nManage vendor relationships, usage, and support for owned platforms.\nSet and follow build standards so changes are consistent and supportable.\nMaintain procedures and documentation for platforms and automated processes.\nProactively improve usability, reliability, and adoption without waiting for requests.\nConnected Workflows and Automation\nDesign, build, and maintain workflows and automations that connect GTM platforms.\nDiagnose failures across platforms and handoffs, and drive them to resolution with the right owners.\nMonitor workflow performance and exceptions after launch.\nPartner with Enterprise Systems and Software Engineering on changes to the platforms they own, such as the CRM and Five9, including requirements, solution review, UAT, and integrations.\nDelivery, Testing, and Adoption\nAssess incoming requests, keep requesters informed, and maintain the backlog for assigned platforms and workflows.\nPlan milestones and phases for larger changes, keeping work on schedule and within budget.\nLead user acceptance testing for changes in assigned areas.\nDocument each system change and apply change management practices to support rollout, readiness, and adoption in partnership with Revenue Enablement and Operations.\nMeasurement and Continuous Improvement\nDefine health, adoption, and outcome measures for owned platforms and workflows.\nValidate that changes work as intended after release and keep working over time.\nEvaluate new technologies, including AI and automation, that could improve how GTM teams work.\nRequirements\nQualifications / Requirements\nBachelor's or master's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n8+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations roles.\nHands-on experience administering and configuring GTM platforms.\nExperience leading CRM requirements and solution design, with a strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and integrations.
