Joining Preply means helping define the future of education at global scale, and building something that truly matters for millions of people, every day.\nMeet the team!\nThe Supply Engagement team owns how Preply changes tutor behaviour at scale, through three channels: communications, community, and academy. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Engagement and be part of a team of six.Some quarters you'll be making already-set plans happen operationally, for example a webinar series, networking event or a contest in the community. Other times, something new lands with no owner yet, and you take it on fully, end to end. Every project exists for one reason: to make tutors happier, help them succeed, or surface what they're telling us so we can improve our product, programs, and policy.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOwn the operational part of all tutor-facing programs and projects end to end, for example running the annual tutor conference and the team's webinar series: source speakers, coordinate logistics, track what worked\n\nDrive new engagement projects end to end: From ideation to delivery\n\nOwn the operational side of community activities: contests, awards, and story collections that keep tutors engaged\n\nSupport Academy's LMS migration: coordinating the content shift, reviewing content, and building an AI workflow to speed it up\n\nRun focus groups, light research and data analysis to improve tutor experience across the channels and Preply\n\nSet up a reporting cadence that tracks how your programs are performing\n\nThe outcomes you'll own:\nTutor engagement programs that deliver real value to the tutors who take part, across community, learning, and product launches.\n\nTutor sentiment and trust: tutors feel motivated and want to keep coming back\n\nTutor voice reaching the people who need it, so research and focus groups shape real decisions\n\nAn operational backbone solid enough that the team moves fast and every program lands on time, whatever the scale\n\nWhat you need to succeed\nHands-on experience planning and running complex events or programs that reached thousands of people, inside a team with real stakeholders and dependencies, not a small pilot managed informally\n\n5+ years of experience is a reference point, but what matters more: have you actually planned, run, and landed something like this yourself\n\nComfortable both executing someone else's plan with precision and taking full ownership of a project that has no plan yet\n\nAbility to build working trust with a new team fast, repeatedly, without formal authority to fall back on\n\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, internal teams and external partners\n\nAnalytical skills: comfortable pulling insight from research and focus groups, and using data to measure whether a program actually worked\n\nStrong written and spoken communication skills, with sharp judgment on tone\n\nAbility to build AI systems and workflows that replace repetitive manual work\n\nNice to Have\nStrong user empathy: you understand how the programs you run affect a tutor's ability to earn and feel supported\n\nFamiliarity with a learning management system such as Docebo, 360Learning, or Thinkific\n\nExperience in professional development or marketplace environments\n\nExperience in content creation, including learning content, and content ops.\n\nWhy you’ll love it at Preply:\nAn open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture;\n\nA generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, Learning & Development budget and time off for your self-development;\n\nA competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance;\n\nAccess to free mental health support platforms;\n\nAccess to Gympass-partnered wellness and gym centers throughout Spain to promote and support well-being and physical health;\n\nThe opportunity to unlock the potential of learners and tutors through language learning and teaching in 175 countries (and counting!).\n\nOur Principles\nCare to change the world - We are passionate about our work and care deeply about its impact to be life changing.\n\nWe do it for learners - For both Preply and tutors, learners are why we do what we do.
