Working with the lead Product Manager and technical leadership, you'll make AI-powered data transformation accessible to finance teams.\nWhat You'll Build:\nWeb applications that make AI-powered data transformation feel as simple as having a conversation while LLMs build the requisite complexity to codify the magic\n\nInteractive workflows where users can refine data cleaning through natural language feedback\n\nIntegration interfaces for Excel, CSV, and financial systems like NetSuite and QuickBooks\n\nAudit dashboards that show transformation logic in terms finance teams understand\n\nAPI integrations that connect various financial data sources and export formats\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and iterate on web interfaces based on product specifications and user feedback\n\nDevelop full-stack features from frontend UI to backend API integration\n\nImplement integrations with financial data sources and third-party systems\n\nCreate reporting tools and dashboards that meet enterprise audit requirements\n\nParticipate in customer demos to understand user needs and gather technical feedback\n\nCollaborate with technical leadership on architecture and implementation decisions\n\nRequirements\nTechnical Foundation:\n4+ years building production web applications with modern frameworks (Typescript, Python, etc.)\n\nStrong backend or full stack development experience\n\nExperience with API development and third-party integrations\n\nUnderstanding of databases, data processing, and common data formats (CSV, JSON, Excel)\n\nExperience taking products from development to production deployment\n\nEngineering Practices:\nComfortable with agile development and working from product specifications\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern deployment practices\n\nUnderstanding of security best practices for enterprise software\n\nAbility to write maintainable, well-tested code with proper documentation\n\nCollaboration Style:\nComfortable working with product managers to understand requirements and user needs\n\nAbility to participate in customer conversations and translate feedback into technical solutions\n\nExperience working with technical leadership while owning implementation details\n\nStrong Advantages\nNice-to-haves, but not strict requirements.\nActive Experimentation with LLM-based code-gen tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, etc. (n.b., we understand the many, many limitations of these tools; but, also appreciate where they can save time and enable focus on more important, higher-order challenges)\n\nData/Analytics Experience: Previous work with data processing, ETL pipelines, or analytics platforms\n\nAI/ML Integration: Experience and/or demonstrable interest in working with and deploying LLM APIs, machine learning models, or AI-powered features\n\nEnterprise Software: Understanding of enterprise requirements like audit trails, compliance, and security\n\nFinancial Systems: Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial data workflows\n\nCustomer-Facing Experience: Background in customer demos, technical sales, or user support\n\nWhat Makes This Role Special\nYou'll build the interface between breakthrough LLM capabilities and real business needs with customers eager to build the future with us.
