It is backed by investors such as Bain Capital Ventures, Conviction, Pear VC, Greycroft, and Y Combinator. You will join the founding team and will work directly with the two brothers: Rishab and Aditya Jain. Aditya earned his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and forwent a career in medicine to build Prescience. He was also a researcher at the Broad Institute. Rishab was named one of TIME's 25 Most Influential Teens at 13, won the Regeneron ISEF top award, and led two companies to successful acquisition before leaving Harvard to co-found Prescience. Our number one priority is getting to more employers, faster, and turning every group we sign into the reason the next one signs. We are looking for a high-horsepower, extremely resourceful founding GTM lead to own growth across the company.\nThis is a founding role with an unprecedented level of ownership. You will pick the channels, own the number, and see it through. In practice that means everything from closing employer groups yourself, to building the broker, investor-network, and partner channels that bring us hundreds of groups at a time, to turning our early customers into referrals and case studies, to working with carriers, regulators, and providers.\nWho We're Looking For\nWe're hiring one founding GTM lead. People coming from early-stage sales or growth, founder-led startups, Chief of Staff or BizOps, healthcare or benefits, consulting, or finance are strongly encouraged to apply.\nExceptional candidates demonstrate:\nRevenue ownership. You've owned a number and taken a pipeline from zero to closed deals, ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder sale\n\nAnalytical rigor. You know your funnel, unit economics, and what actually drives conversion, not just activity\n\nDistribution instinct. You find the channel, partner, or relationship that gets you ten customers instead of one\n\nAgency. You identify gaps and execute on undefined, ambiguous problems without waiting for a playbook\n\nCommunication. You write and speak clearly enough to persuade a skeptical CFO, broker, or founder\n\nA bias toward systems.
