In this role, you’ll help redefine what “customer service” means in healthcare. Our Customer Care Representatives are the voice of our customers—advocating for their needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of tools and processes that scale with our growing organization.\nThis is a contract opportunity for individuals with a builder’s mindset who enjoy solving problems, creating structure in ambiguity, and improving operational processes.\nTo support our 24/7 member experience, candidates must be able to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT, as well as occasional holidays.\nThis role is open to independent contractors residing in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. \nAt this time, we are not able to engage contractors residing outside of these states.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop a deep understanding of Prescryptive’s customers and their needs.\n\nProvide prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and case systems (Salesforce).\n\nContribute to Prescryptive's success in serving members and plans by identifying issues, escalating trends, and contributing improvement ideas.\n\nCollaborate with product and operations teams to share feedback that enhances the customer experience.\n\nAssist with customer communications during product updates or launches.\n\nAcquire detailed knowledge of Prescryptive’s products, workflows, and support tools.\n\nHelp refine and document internal customer care processes.\n\nWhat you will bring\nExperience in a customer service or healthcare operations role (PBM, health plan, or pharmacy setting a plus).\n\nActive pharmacy technician license preferred but not required.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and sense of urgency.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple systems simultaneously.\n\nTech-savvy and comfortable using Salesforce or similar case management tools.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nReliable work setup with computer, external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and private workspace suitable for confidential calls.\n\nContract Details\n\nLength of Contract:up to 120-day assignment (with potential extension based on business needs)\n\nSchedule: Must be available to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. PT, including occasional holidays.\n\nPay Range: $26-28 per hour\n\nWork Arrangement: Remote (U.S.-based); must have reliable internet and a suitable private workspace for confidential calls.\n\nEquipment: Prescryptive will provide a laptop, monitor, headset, keyboard, and mouse for the duration of the contract.\n\nBenefits: This is a contract role and therefore not eligible for Prescryptive employee benefits.\n\nPrescryptive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
