We partner with leaders across the company to solve complex business problems, align teams around shared outcomes, and deliver lasting business impact.\nAs a Principal Program Manager, Strategy Delivery, you'll lead some of our most important initiatives, working across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and corporate functions. Whether launching new capabilities, improving how we operate, or supporting our next stage of growth, you'll create clarity where ambiguity exists, align diverse teams, and help turn strategic priorities into measurable business results. You'll rely on strong judgment, influence, and systems thinking to navigate complexity, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and lead enterprise execution at scale.\nThis role does not have direct people management responsibility. Instead, you'll lead through influence, earning trust across the organization, helping leaders make timely, informed decisions, and creating the structure and momentum needed to deliver successful outcomes. You'll also help strengthen how Prescryptive delivers its most important initiatives.\nYou'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving difficult business problems, creating clarity where ambiguity exists, building alignment across diverse teams, and seeing complex initiatives through to meaningful business outcomes.\nWhat you will do\nLead multiple complex, cross-functional programs that advance Prescryptive's strategic priorities, from planning through successful delivery.\nPartner with executive sponsors and functional leaders to define governance, success measures, sequencing, accountability, and program scope.\nBuild integrated program plans, coordinate work across teams, and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.\nDrive executive visibility by communicating progress, surfacing tradeoffs, recommending actions, and holding teams accountable while adapting plans as priorities evolve.\nEnsure programs deliver meaningful business outcomes, not simply completed project plans.\nLead a portfolio of concurrent enterprise initiatives and help leaders balance priorities, dependencies, and resources across the work.\nHelp strengthen how Prescryptive delivers its most important initiatives by improving program management practices, coaching and mentoring other program managers, and raising the consistency and effectiveness of enterprise execution\nWhat you will bring (minimum requirements)\nBachelor's degree required.\n10+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.\nExperience partnering with senior leaders and executive sponsors to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nProven ability to lead through influence, build alignment, and drive execution across multiple teams.\nStrong program management skills, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management, and executive communication.\nExperience managing a portfolio of concurrent enterprise initiatives and balancing competing priorities.\nExperience succeeding in a growth-stage company or other fast-paced, evolving business environment.\nExperience leading enterprise technology, product, or business transformation programs.\nStrong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\nExperience using AI-enabled tools to improve planning, analysis, communication, or execution effectiveness.\nIdeally you will also have\nExperience in healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry.\nExperience leading organizational transformation or large-scale business change initiatives.\nExperience partnering closely with Product and Engineering organizations delivering software or technology-based solutions.\nExperience improving program management practices or organizational execution capabilities.\nFamiliarity with Smartsheet, Miro, Linear, or similar planning and collaboration tools.\nWhat we have to offer\nThe opportunity to grow alongside an early-stage company shaking up a big, old-fashioned industry\nFlexible time off, including 12 paid holidays\n401k match plus 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision\nCompany contribution to Health Savings Account\nStock options\nPrescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $170,000 to $245,000.
