Your main focus will be on monitoring services, servers and devices – you will join the SMSA (Service Monitoring, Service Assurance) squad, working on managing, enhancing, and implementing monitoring solutions, both third-party industrial-standard software and in-house developed ones.The top priority for the team is to support mission-critical systems in an operational state and perform maintenance of monitoring solutions and services.The position involves working within one dedicated team of engineers across several sub-projects within the client’s organization, including managing both passive and proactive monitoring platforms, supporting pipelines, and reacting on incidents.The work scope is not limited to support and maintenance.
