You’ll be the spark that starts that movement combining vision, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to bring people together.What You Will DoDefine and drive the technical vision for QA across Present Connection.\nAct as a go-to expert and mentor for QA engineers working in separate client teams.\nEstablish and promote QA best practices, tools, and processes that can be shared across projects.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies and testing strategies to improve our quality standards.\nCollaborate with other tech leads, developers, and management to ensure quality is built-in, not just tested later.\nActively contribute as a QA Engineer by participating in hands-on testing, helping define test strategies, and setting the example for quality in practice.\nSupport hiring, onboarding, and development of new QA team members as we continue to grow.\nBe responsible for the selection process for QA internships.\nMentor and support interns during their internship period.\nTake part in new client onboarding from the QA perspective define initial quality assurance needs, ensure testing scope is clear, advise on test environments and tooling, and align expectations for QA involvement from the beginning of the project.\nKick off company-wide QA initiatives (e.g., internal knowledge sharing, testing frameworks, automation strategies).\nWhat We ExpectAt least 3 years of experience in QA, with a strong technical background and a track record of driving quality initiatives.\nExperience with process improvements.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD and test management tools.\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.\nFundamental knowledge of JavaScript core.\nTeamwork orientation, proactiveness and focus on quality.\nExcellent communication skills.\nGreat English language skills (written and verbal).\nAble to implement test automation framework, including behavior-driven.\nIts a plus if you:Have experience with Typescript\nHave participated in pre-sale activities\nWhat We OfferA few things that come with being part of the team.
