HR Administrator

As a world-leader in digital preservation technology, our award-winning software is used by leading businesses and public bodies across the globe. We currently have some 140 employees across the UK and the US. As we continue to grow we need a dependable person to join our HR team and keep our people systems running like clockwork.

The Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be at the centre of our companies HR processes, key tasks will include:

• Maintaining our people records. 
• Leading our onboarding and review processes. 
• Supporting our benefits and payroll systems.
• Maintaining the employee handbook.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Providing general employee engagement and support across our HR policies and processes. 

This will be a Full-Time role working in a hybrid pattern with time shared between home and our office in Abingdon. You should live within comfortable commuting distance of Abingdon. 

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience in an HR administration or coordination role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Comfortable working with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PeopleHR, or learning new systems)
• A proactive, curious, people-first attitude - comfortable in a small-team environment where flexibility is required
• Contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement and development of the HR function
• Familiarisation with AI is an advantage
