As we continue to grow we need a dependable person to join our HR team and keep our people systems running like clockwork.\nThe Role:\nReporting to the HR Manager, you will be at the centre of our companies HR processes, key tasks will include:\nMaintaining our people records. \nLeading our onboarding and review processes. \nSupporting our benefits and payroll systems.\nMaintaining the employee handbook.\nSupport training and development initiatives.\nProviding general employee engagement and support across our HR policies and processes. \nThis will be a Full-Time role working in a hybrid pattern with time shared between home and our office in Abingdon. You should live within comfortable commuting distance of Abingdon. \nKnowledge & Experience:\nExperience in an HR administration or coordination role\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nDiscretion when handling confidential and sensitive information\nComfortable working with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PeopleHR, or learning new systems)\nA proactive, curious, people-first attitude - comfortable in a small-team environment where flexibility is required\nContributing to and supporting the continuous improvement and development of the HR function\nFamiliarisation with AI is an advantage\nWhat we offer:\n We are an open progressive employer who values our staff as the heart of our business.
