The ideal candidate must be self-directed and comfortable supporting multiple data solution implementations and client presales/sales scoping opportunities. The candidate is expected to lead large data projects and teams across multiple client engagements.\nResponsibilities Include:\nSolution Design & Architecture:Define data solution architecture, including data integration, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks.\nDevelop scalable and secure data solutions aligned with client business objectives.\n\nData Modeling & Integration:Design and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.\nOversee ETL processes and ensure data quality and governance.\n\nClient Engagement & ConsultingCollaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nProvide thought leadership on BI best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.\nAssist in Presales and client problem definition phase of an Azure data engagement. Work closely with the presales engineers to design the best-in-class Azure data solution and scoping to satisfy client requirements.\nAbility to handle multiple client engagements in different stages of the implementation lifecycle.\n\n Platform Expertise:Implement and manage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).\nEnsure integration with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).\nIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.\n\nPerformance Optimization:Monitor and enhance data system performance, scalability, and security.\nEstablish standards for dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.\n\nPractice Leadership:Provide hands-on guidance, mentoring, and validation for the project teams during the implementation of the client engagement.\nIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.\n\nRequired Skills and Professional Experience:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and / or military experience\n7+ years in data solution build and architecture roles\n10+ years of advanced working SQL knowledge and experience, with experience across multiple data modeling patterns\nExperience with defining and executing on a data strategy a plus \nPreferred Skills and Professional Experience:\nExperience on Azure and GCP data stack is definitely a plus\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
