In this customer-facing role, you’ll collaborate with customers, account managers, and fellow solutions architects to drive pipeline growth, deliver enablement, and help position innovative solutions.\nTravel Requirements:\nThis position requires up to 50% travel onsite in Detroit, MI.\nResponsibilities include:\nAct as an associate technical resource for solutions in pre-sales engagements\nContribute to the development of sales strategies and support customer-facing efforts\nStay current with technology trends, products, and industry best practices through training, webinars, and collaboration with national practices\nCreate solution diagrams, collect & analyze requirements data from customers, and perform other presales activities in support of engineering initiatives\nResearch technical issues, answer customer questions about products, technologies, solutions, and offerings from our OEM partners\nEnsure quality and consistency of pre-sales deliverables by following standardized processes and workflows\nCollaborate with other team members to provide solutions for Presidio’s customers\nWork in a focused and directed manner to improve overall productivity & efficiency across Presidio’s presales team\nParticipate in meetings with customers and sales teams to collect technical requirements from Presidio customers and develop an appropriate technical solution\nAssist in resolving pre-sales challenges and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction\nDeliver client-facing status updates, presentations, and documentation throughout the sales cycle\nWork collaboratively with Presidio, vendors, and other key teams to drive opportunities\nAssist in building and developing sales pipeline by contributing to technical campaign support and go-to-market efforts\nRequired Skills:\nBasic knowledge of data center technologies like Cisco UCS, Dell, and Pure (other storage vendors a plus)\nBasic knowledge of core networking, IP, subnetting, routing, VPN, etc.\nStrong passion for continuous learning, professional development, and emerging technologies\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly\nProactive, self-driven mindset with a focus on customer success and collaboration\nMeticulous attention to detail, with accurate designs, quotes, and documentation\nResponsive and timely in communication with customers, account teams, and partners\nClear, professional communicator who can organize and juggle multiple priorities\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience\n1+ years designing and implementing complex datacenter and networking solutions\n1+ years of experience working with mid-market and/or enterprise environments\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
