Working as an AV Project Coordinator, you will be helping the Project Team deliver AV Installation\nThe Main duties of a Project Coordinator are:\nRaise orders with supply chain once a project has been accepted including consumables and changes during a project\nLiaise with the aligned project manager and suppliers on required hardware delivery dates\nArrange professional services (both internal and external) for dates required by the project managers\nAssist with booking any travel required for the engineering and project teams\nArrange project handovers from sales to projects and note all required information\nKeep Monday.com up to date with lead times, change requests, BOM changes, installation dates\nCoordinate documentation completion dates (Initial drawing pack and O&M's\nAssist the project manager with documentation upload to project specific platforms\nBe the liaison between projects and the sales lead for milestone invoicing on projects\nEssential skills\nStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.\nClose attention to detail\nComputer Skills\nInter-personal skills / team player\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
