Provide software break/fix support for all devices and applications. Perform on-boarding and off-boarding of users thorough completion including new image builds and re-imaging current devices. Install, moves, adds and changes of existing devices as well as managing tickets through closure. Support printers, AV equipment including Zoom, Teams and Slack. Familiarity with Wallboards, Intune deployments, JAMF MDM and Apple business manager.\nTravel Requirements:\nThis role will be situated in the Andover, MA upon starting and eventually reside in the Somerville, MA region within the next 6-8 months of joining.\nShift associated with this role will be - Wednesday -Saturday 6 am-4 pm ET (this will include a holiday if the shift falls on the workday).\nRequired Skills:\nExperience in Computer configuration and repair\n5-7 years' experience in end-user support\n5-7 years' experience with Incident Management and/or ticketing systems\nExperience using SMS (or equivalent) to manage systems and applications\nExperience with MS AD, Intune, JAMF MD and Apple Business Manager\nExperience with O365, AWS Azure, Okta or similar, above basic administration\nExperience with PowerShell\nExperience with Apple/Mac Hardware/Software\nDisk Imaging\nAdditional Desired Skills:\nDemonstrated superior training, interpersonal, and communication skills\nAbility to self-manage and prioritize tasks\nAbility to learn new concepts and technologies\nAbility to lift PC, Servers and other types f heavy equipment\nStrong documentation and reporting skills\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
