We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.\nThe Role\nPresidio Federal Program Manager / Assistant FSO who will lead and manage our NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) contract and other Federal Ordering Contracts. This role is responsible for full program oversight, operational excellence, customer engagement, and strategic growth. In addition, this role will include Deputy level responsibilities to provide direct and supplementary support to our Federal Security Officer (FSO) who oversees and manages our Federal security practice. The ideal candidate has strong federal experience, deep familiarity with SEWP and Federal processes, security requirements/procedures, and the ability to manage complex, fast-moving program activities.\nResponsibilities include:\nServe as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office staff and federal agency customers.\nManage daily operations of the SEWP and other Federal Ordering contracts (i.e., ITES, etc) to ensure full compliance with all requirements.\nOversee order intake, review, validation, and timely response activities.\nCoordinate with internal teams-including sales, contracts, finance, compliance, and OEM partners-to support proposals, pricing, and fulfillment.\nMonitor program performance, delivery timelines, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.\nStay current on all SEWP policies, procedures, and portal updates.\nPrepare program reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.\nIdentify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport growth of SEWP sales through business development collaboration and trend analysis.\nManage vendor and OEM relationships to ensure alignment with contract requirements.\nEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant posting of all information on SEWP portals.\nLead internal training on SEWP operations, tools, and best practices.\nOversee implementation of automation solutions for bid responses to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Qualifications:\n\nRequired Skills and Professional Experience\nMinimum 10 years of experience managing federal government proposals, operations, and contracts\nMinimum 1 year of performing Federal Security Officer (FSO) type activities and support\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience\nMust be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain government security clearance\nPreferred Skills and Professional Experience\nStrong understanding of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and IT acquisition processes.\nExperience working with OEM partners, resellers, and federal sales teams.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.\nProficiency with Deltek systems, Federal Government portals, reporting tools, and business systems.\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
