It is part of a smaller Enablement team residing in India. All Enablement roles share the following baseline expectations; the sections below this baseline describe what is unique to this specific role.\nBaseline Responsibilities include:\nExcellent written and verbal English communication, able to write and present clearly for U.S. and global business audience\nAble to translate subject-matter input into clear, usable enablement content\nStrong PowerPoint and content-creation skills; produces polished, professional, on-brand materials\nAI-forward working style; actively uses AI tools to accelerate day-to-day work\nStrong self-organization and self-directed project management; comfortable owning deliverables with minimal oversight\nComfortable partnering with U.S.-based and global stakeholders and subject matter experts across overlapping working hours\nAble to support enablement needs across Sales and Technical audiences\nComfortable learning new enterprise technology and business context quickly\nThe Instructional Designer owns subject-matter extraction and enablement design across sales and technical enablement for Presidio's Enterprise Enablement team. This role partners directly with sales and technical subject matter experts and stakeholders, translates their expertise into enablement plans, and builds content across the full range of delivery formats - examples are technical sessions and workshops ranging from a single hour to multiple days, eLearning, assessments, labs, sandboxes, demos, client scenarios, exercises, role play, pitch contests, knowledge-transfer sessions, and job aids.\nThis role is responsible for content quality and depth for all enablement activities and deliverables. This role takes day to day direction from the Lead Instructional & Curriculum Designer.\nRole Specific Responsibilities include:\nPartner directly with sales and technical subject matter experts to extract information and translate it into enablement content at different competency levels\nDesign and build end-to-end enablement plans\nDevelop and build appropriate training formats required to fulfill the enablement requirements and expected end-states this may include a variety of delivery mechanisms like sales and/or technical sessions and workshops ranging from single-hour sessions to multi-day programs, eLearning courses, assessments, job aids, labs, sandboxes, client scenarios, demo environments, role play exercises, pitch contests, and knowledge-transfer or discussion panel formats\nOwn curriculum architecture and content development for Enablement Programs and initiatives\nCurate and maintain learning subscriptions (e.g., power skill and technical) and map external course content into curriculum\nDesign role-based onboarding and training curricula\nBuild capstone projects and culminating exercises that validate applied skill\nScript, storyboard, record, and edit instructional and product-positioning video content\nDesign rubrics and evaluation standards for consistent, defensible assessment scoring\nPartner with subject matter experts to validate the sales and technical accuracy and realism of scenarios, exercises, and labs\nPeer review enablement content produced across the team for instructional quality, accuracy, and brand consistency\nPublish and organize finished content into the appropriate enablement platforms\nWorking knowledge of LMS and content platforms, course-hosting/publishing workflows, and 3rd party learning subscriptions (e.g., OpenSesame, Showpad, Brainshark, Bigtincan, INE, CBTNuggets, PluralSight, other vendor based tools)\nProficiency with eLearning authoring tools for interactive content\nAdvanced PowerPoint and visual/graphic design skills for polished, on-brand content\nExperience with video production: scripting, storyboarding, recording, and editing\nComfort using AI tools to accelerate content drafting, editing, and repurposing\nFamiliarity with lab, sandbox, or simulation environments used in technical training (specific tools still being finalized), experience with designing or configuring such environments is a plus\nStrong foundation in structured instructional design methods and adult learning principles\nDemonstrated ability to extract and validate content directly from sales and technical subject matter experts\nAssessment and rubric design expertise\nOutstanding storytelling, presentation design, and visual communication skills\nStrong project management skills; able to manage multiple concurrent, high-visibility deliverables\nUnderstanding of sales and technical motions - sales, presales, delivery engineering, program and project management enablement needs across all Practices\nComfortable learning new enterprise technology quickly enough to design credible technical practice scenarios\nRequired Skills and Professional Experience\n3-5 years of experience in instructional design, technical enablement, or curriculum development, ideally supporting Sales and Technical audiences\nDemonstrated portfolio spanning multiple learning formats\nProven experience partnering with sales and technical subject matter experts to build credible enablement content that supports business outcomes\nProven video scripting and production experience\nExcellent English business writing and editing skills\nInstructional design expertise\nTechnical fluency and SME collaboration\nCreativity and visual storytelling\nWritten and verbal communication\nSelf-directed project management\nAttention to detail and quality\nAdaptability across varied technical subject matter\nCross-team collaboration\nPreferred Skills and Professional Experience\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Engineering, or related field preferred, not required; equivalent practical experience is valued equally\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
