The Professional Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for tightly managing Presidio's engineering schedules while producing high utilization rates. They will work closely with both the Engineering Delivery Team as well as the Project Management team. This role is fast past and requires someone who has the ability to multi-task while maintaining superb organizational and interpersonal skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess project-based scopes and service requests as they arrive through email\nAct as the single point of contact for all engineering scopes and service requests\nAssemble an appropriate team based on skillset, scheduled meetings, project plan timelines\nEnsure projects start in a timely manner\nConsistently monitor engineering schedules to deliver maximum utilization\nInternal communication with engineering managers, account managers and project managers\nAdd, cancel or make changes to engineer schedules\nResolve appointment conflicts\nRequired Skills:\nGreat attention to detail and strong organizational skills\nExperience/understanding of technology projects is desirable but not essential\nExperience/understanding of Certinia is desirable but not essential\nBe self-motivated! Energetic!
