Provides stakeholders with clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues, while driving continuous process improvement and enhancing QA maturity across the organization.\nTravel Requirements:\nThis is a hybrid role with 5% associated travel.\nResponsibilities Include:\nOwn and drive QA strategy and execution\nLead and manage QA teams across workstreams and regions\nEnsure test coverage, traceability, and execution quality\nManage defect triage and resolution tracking\nProvide status reporting, metrics, and risk visibility\nAct as primary QA stakeholder interface\nEnforce release quality gates\nDrive process improvements and QA maturity\nQA Strategy & Test Plans\nTest execution reports and dashboards\nDefect and quality metrics\nRisk/issue logs with mitigation plans\nRelease readiness assessments\nRequired Skills and Professional Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience\n10+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance\nMinimum 5+ years prior experience in a QA Manager / Lead role\nExperience in large-scale, multi-system implementations\nDemonstrable experience in:QA strategy, test planning, and estimation\nManaging end-to-end testing (functional, integration, UAT, regression)\nQA governance, metrics, and reporting\nDefect lifecycle management and triage\n\nStakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination \nExperience using Azure DevOps / JIRA / Smartsheets\nPrevious automation exposure (Selenium, BrowserStack, Playwright etc.)\nExperience with API/integration testing (Postman)\nAdditional Desired Skills and Professional Experience:\nPMP, Agile/Scrum\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
