You'll act as a key technical contributor, interact directly with customers for implementation and support, and provide documentation when needed.\nDesign & Implementation\nDesign and deploy AWS Appstream, Workspaces Core w/ Citrix.\nImplement and support Omnissa Horizon VDI environments including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, DEM, TrueSSO, Workspace ONE Access, and Thinapp.\nWork with Horizon Cloud Services across Azure and AWS.\nImplement and support Workspace ONE UEM for device management and compliance.\nSupport integration of identity, access, and zero-trust frameworks.\nProvide Tier 3 support.\nAdministration & Support\nMaintain and troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure.\nManage Workspace ONE configurations and lifecycle.\nEnsure identity services for SSO, MFA, and conditional access.\nSecurity & Compliance\nApply security best practices for VDI and endpoints.\nSupport compliance monitoring and enforcement.\nPerformance & Optimization\nPerform capacity planning and performance tuning.\nImplement monitoring and alerting solutions.\nRequired Skills and Professional Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n4-7 years in EUC solutions.\nHands-on with Horizon, Citrix, AWS EUC.\nExperience with Workspace ONE.\nStrong AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO knowledge.\nExperience with certificates, load balancing, firewall rules.\nKnowledge of Zero Trust, MFA, conditional access.\nSoft Skills and Communication\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and in teams.\nCustomer interaction experience.\nAttention to detail and documentation.\nCollaboration across global teams.\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
