As an L3 IT Engineer you will work with some of Ireland's top IT professionals supporting major Enterprise clients and well-known brands using a deep technical stack which includes M365, VMware, Azure and VDI solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide Level 3 IT support to local users\nInstalling, configuring and troubleshooting of IT related software and hardware.\nPerform routine day to day system security checks and backups and produce status reports.\nWork with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.\nWork with vendors/partners to resolve complex network problems.\nProvide extended on-site support to varied customers, as and when required.\nAssume full ownership and responsibility of all allocated support tickets ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally and satisfactorily concluded.\nEnsure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets/calls.\nDevelop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Ergo products, services and solutions with a view to specialisation in one or more technologies.\nRecord and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing and user access and security.\nProvide technical training to customers when a new user or systems is implemented and is requested.\nExperience:\nA good knowledge of and experience working with Microsoft environments including:\nManagement of M365 (supporting Teams, Exchange, One Drive etc.)\nManagement of Azure security components MFA/conditional access policy\nSupporting and setting up Mobile Devices (MDM)\nExperience with working with Intune configuration policies\nGood understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Domain Controllers, group policies, DNS\nGood understanding of backup and restoration methods\nWindows 11 configuration, operation and management\nWindows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 administration and maintenance\nVirtualisation (VMWare or Hyper-V)\nCitrix Support or Administration\nAzure Administration/Configuration\nProfessional certifications an advantage\nGood understanding of email filtering configuration and principals\nExperience with hybrid-Exchange environments\nExperience with hybrid Active Directory/Entra environments for both user and computer accounts an advantage\nExperience with SCCM regarding application, PatchMyPC, updates, and task sequence image based build deployments\nExperience with Defender for Endpoint configuration for both workstations and servers\nExperience with Dell VxRail, PowerStores, PowerProtect Backup & PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and advantage\nExperience with Commvault Metallic\nUnderstanding on Sentinel, Data Collection rules\nExperience with Disaster Recover/Cyber Recovery\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
