This role requires an experienced project leader with a proven background managing large-scale deployments involving enterprise networking, data center technologies, firewalls, cybersecurity solutions, unified communications, wireless infrastructure, and related technologies.\nThe ideal candidate understands both project management excellence and enterprise infrastructure environments, allowing them to effectively lead technical teams, communicate with executive stakeholders, proactively manage risk, and consistently deliver exceptional customer outcomes.\nExperience leading cloud infrastructure initiatives involving Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments is highly desirable.\nResponsibilities Include:\nLead complex enterprise infrastructure projects including:\nCampus and data center networking\nNetwork refreshes and migrations\nFirewall implementations and security upgrades\nWireless LAN deployments\nSoftware Defined Networking (SD-WAN)\nUnified Communications and Collaboration (Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)\nData center relocations and modernization\nEnterprise security implementations\nCloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructure projects\nCoordinate all project activities with business owners/stakeholders and other support, technical infrastructure, and application teams\nPartner closely with engineering architects and technical leads to understand project scope, technical dependencies, implementation risks, and deployment strategies.\nManage projects involving multiple technical disciplines including networking, security, collaboration, cloud, and infrastructure engineering teams.\nDrive technical planning sessions, implementation readiness reviews, cutover planning, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.\nIdentify infrastructure risks early and develop mitigation strategies before they impact customer deployments.\nSuccessfully manage projects involving multiple vendors including OEMs, carriers, cloud providers, and third-party implementation partners.\nTrack and maintain an accurate and continually updated view of the activities and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals.\nAssure that the expected service levels are met and that all Statement of Work deliverables meet quality standards.\nPerform day-to-day management of all phases of the project including, project requirements, design, development, test, and deployment of each project\nManage resource planning and assignments by partnering with internal staff to determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedules according to the project timeline\nDefine team member roles and expectations and ensures effective communication between all parties involved in the project\nMaintain project budgets by reviewing and completing weekly timesheet and expense approvals for project teams\nMonitors cost to provide accounting support for project time, materials, and services. This may include monitoring carriers and equipment suppliers to ensure that hardware and circuits are tracked and billed correctly\nOversees change management on the overall project scope, according to a predefined change process, to meet project goals\nDevelops a partner relationship with the client for the long-term benefit of the client and Presidio\nRemain up-to-date on relevant solutions, products, and services by attending internal PM training/meetings, achieving developmental plan goals, and obtaining or maintaining PM certifications\nActively participates in the development of Program and Project Management practices by participating in internal change initiatives\nRequired Skills and Professional Experience\nInfrastructure Experience\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience managing complex enterprise IT infrastructure projects.\nDemonstrated experience successfully delivering projects involving several of the following technologies:\nEnterprise Routing & Switching\nCampus & Core Networking\nData Center Infrastructure\nFirewalls\nNetwork Security\nSecure Access\nWireless Infrastructure\nSD-WAN\nNetwork Modernization\nUnified Communications\nVoIP\nMicrosoft Teams Voice\nCisco Collaboration\nInfrastructure Refresh Projects\nEnterprise Technology Migrations\nPreferred Skills and Professional Experience:\nExperience leading projects involving one or more of:\nMicrosoft Azure\nAmazon Web Services (AWS)\nHybrid Cloud\nCloud Networking\nCloud Security\nVirtualization\nDisaster Recovery\nBackup Solutions\nProject Leadership\nExperience simultaneously managing multiple enterprise infrastructure projects ranging from $100K to multi-million-dollar engagements.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams across networking, security, cloud, collaboration, and data center practices.\nExperience managing executive-level customer communications.\nAbility to translate highly technical concepts into business language for executive stakeholders.\nExceptional risk management and issue resolution skills.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure deployment methodologies, implementation sequencing, maintenance windows, and production cutovers.\nCustomer Success\nDemonstrated history of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.\nStrong consultative approach to customer engagement.\nExperience identifying project risks before they become customer issues.\nAbility to balance customer expectations with delivery excellence.\nCertifications\nRequired:\nPMP\nCAPM\nPreferred:\nITIL Foundation\nCisco CCNA or equivalent infrastructure knowledge\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals\nAWS Cloud Practitioner\nAgile/Scrum certification\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
