We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.\nThe Role\nThe Specialist, Workforce Enablement is a hands-on endpoint technology professional responsible for enabling, deploying, refreshing, and supporting modern workplace devices and applications across Windows and Apple environments.\nThis role specializes in endpoint provisioning, application packaging and deployment, device lifecycle management, desktop migration, data migration, and modern endpoint management.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise across Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Jamf, MDM/UEM, SCCM/Configuration Manager, application packaging, zero-touch provisioning, pre-provisioning, and device migration strategies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEndpoint Provisioning & Deployment\nPerform and support Windows and Apple device provisioning, including pre-provisioning and zero-touch deployment.\nConfigure and deploy Windows devices using Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.\nConfigure and deploy Apple devices using Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and Jamf.\nApplication Packaging & Deployment\nPackage, test, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications across Windows and Apple platforms.\nDevelop application packages using traditional and modern packaging methodologies.\n·Support application packaging and deployment through Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager, including applications, packages, collections, task sequences, detection\nPerform application compatibility testing and remediation before enterprise deployment.\nSCCM / Configuration Manager\nSupport enterprise endpoint environments utilizing Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and modern cloud management platforms.\nTroubleshoot SCCM client health, application deployments, software distribution, task sequences, collections, policies, and deployment failures.\nAssist with modernization of application deployment, compliance, configuration, and endpoint management processes.\nSupport hybrid/co-managed environments during technology transition and migration periods.\nMDM & Endpoint Management\nAdminister and support Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SCCM/Configuration Manager, and other endpoint management technologies.\nCreate, maintain, and troubleshoot device configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployments, enrollment workflows, and endpoint policies.\nSupport Windows and Apple MDM enrollment and lifecycle management.\nDevice Refresh & Desktop Migration\nPlan enterprise device refresh and hardware replacement programs.\nSupport Windows desktop and operating system migration initiatives.\nDevelop migration, rollback, and contingency procedures.\nData Migration & User Experience\nDevelop end-user data migration strategies for device refreshes and desktop migrations.\nAssess user data, applications, profiles, configurations, and business requirements before migration.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelors degree or relevant work or military expereince\n5+ years of experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, application packaging, workplace technology, IT operations, or a related field.Strong hands-on experience with Windows endpoint deployment and management.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\nExperience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager and enterprise software distribution.\nExperience with Apple Business Manager, Jamf, and Apple device provisioning\nStrong understanding of MDM/UEM concepts, device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.\nStrong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with SCCM-to-Intune migration and co-management.\nExperience transitioning from traditional imaging to Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning.\nExperience with Windows Autopilot pre-provisioning\nExperience with Apple Automated Device Enrollment and Jamf.\nExperience with Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based identity/device management.\nMicrosoft, Apple, Jamf, ITIL, or other relevant technical certifications.\nCore Technical Competencies:\nWindows Endpoint Management\nMicrosoft Intune\nWindows Autopilot\nSCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager\nApple Business Manager\nJamf\nMDM / UEM\nZero-Touch Provisioning\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
