This role blends hands-on solution architecture with people management, focusing on enhancing team expertise, standardizing best practices, and delivering high-quality, technical solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop client-facing deliverables - including high-level solution summaries, proposals, staffing models, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs - translating complex cloud architectures into clear, commercially sound engagements.\nLead the scoping of workshops, assess, mobilize, and execution of migrating on-premises applications and legacy data centers to Azure.\nDesign robust cloud security, identity, and access management (IAM) strategies, ensuring adherence to industry regulatory and compliance standards.\nDrive infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools to build automated CI/CD pipelines.\nAct as a subject matter expert and managing the sales cycle from requirements gathering to handoff to delivery.\nOwn the proposal approval lifecycle - coordinating cross-functional review cycles, managing internal stakeholder sign-off, and ensuring all client-facing deliverables meet Presidio's quality and standards.\nDevelop and implement standardized methodologies for solution design, deployment, and optimization, incorporating industry-specific frameworks. \nQualifications:\n7+ years of relevent experience\n5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, delivery, or similar customer-facing technical roles.\n3+ years of experience in delivery and pre-sales of consulting and advisory services for strategic solutions such as IT strategy, Application Placement, and Cloud Governance\nDeep Azure expertise across core services with strong working knowledge of container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and Azure Well-Architected principles.\nExceptional communication and executive presence - able to command the room with both technical architects and C-suite stakeholders, translating complex Azure solutions into compelling business value narratives.\nStrong cloud migration and modernization background - including experience architecting lift-and-shift, re-platform, and re-architect, platform modernization solutions across diverse enterprise environments and industries.\nSolid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application architectures - including microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns on Azure - enabling credible, forward-looking solution conversations with clients.\nExperience in solution design methodologies and technical best practices that drive consistency and quality across the team.\nRequired Technical Skills:\nExpert-level knowledge of Azure core services.\nProficiency in Azure Well-Architected Framework across all five pillars.\nHands-on experience designing multi-account, multi-region Azure architectures for enterprise environments.\nDemonstrated experience architecting cloud migration strategies including lift-and-shift, re-platform, and re-architect approaches.\nFamiliarity with Azure or third-party migration tooling.\nExperience building Azure cost calculations and building cost models for client estimates and proposals.\nActive Azure certification is highly preferred\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
