We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.\nThe Role\nPresidio Warehouse Coordinator - This role will include, but is not limited to, assisting in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations and processing daily product receipts with the Presidio MyOrders system\nResponsibilities include:\nResponsible for processing daily product receipts within MyOrders.\nAssisting in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.\nDirectly involved with daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.\nFollows companies ISO 9001:2008 Procedures\nEnsures all inbound product is signed off with correct piece count, shortages, overages or damaged product noted.\nEnsures the product per the vendor packing slips and vendor part numbers coincide with part numbers per the customer order.\nNotates any updates or modifications to a customer order.\nAssist with tracking product in/out of lab and staging areas.\nEnsures customer orders ship with proper documents (packing slips, commercial invoice, SDS sheet, etc.)\nEnsures each shipment is packaged properly and secured with packing materials.\nEnsures any RMA issues reported and tracked.\nMust have complete training in Lithium Ion/Metal Battery and can properly handle/store and ship UN Battery related product per IATA guidelines.\nEnsures daily security of the warehouse area, alarms, dock doors, exit doors.\nHas a full understanding of area of responsibility in the overall distribution flow so that continuous improvements can be made due to the ever changing volumes or modifications in the business.\nRequired Skills and Professional Experience\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\nKnowledge of various carriers, shipping, receiving methods required.\nExperience in receiving, staging, packing and shipping in a warehouse environment required.\nOutlook, Word, Excel, general computer skills a must.\nMust be able to lift up to 75lbs\nPreferred Skills and Professional Experience\nForklift certified and/or experience\nPunctual and responsible\nDisplays a work ethic and concern in meeting/exceeding company goals\nMaintains positive and professional image\nDisplays a high level of accuracy and neatness\nFollows and supports company policies and procedures.\nYour future at Presidio\n Joining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
