You will work closely with the sales, partners, product, and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technologies and solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFunctional\nCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and solutions, and to provide presale support, such as preparing high-quality slides, demonstrations, designing business storyline, conducting market research and so on.\n\nWork closely with clients to identify their needs and challenges and design effective solutions using in-house or partners’ products or services.\n\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.\n\nDevelop and propose detailed solution architectures that meet customer requirements.\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that solutions are viable and can be implemented as proposed.\n\nProvide technical support and guidance during the pre-sales process, including preparing technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.\n\nAct as a liaison between the customer, sales, and technical teams during the implementation of the solution.\n\nEnhance the partner ecosystem by connecting renowned technical companies or solutions aligned with Presightstrategic approach.\n\nStay up-to-datewith the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive products to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.\n\nParticipate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company, network with industry professionals, and promote our solutions.\n\nProvide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product, selling, competitive, etc. matters.\n\nComply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management or a relatedfield.\n\nMaster’s degree preferred.\n\nExperience:\n7+ years of demonstrated experience as a Solutions Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales/Pre-sales Engineer, or a comparable role in a tech company within the domains of Government, Enterprise, Finance, Energy, or Utilities.\n\nSkills:\nStrong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of various software, hardware, and networking systems.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients.\n\nStrong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with multiple teams.\n\nStrong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.\n\nWillingness to travel as required.\n\nJoin us at Presight, where we offer a culture of innovation, outstanding career growth opportunities, and competitive rewards.
