Apply today to become part of a collaborative and internationally focused finance team.\nWhat's in it for you...\nEmployment contract\nHybrid working model\nBenefits package including private medical care, life and accident insurance, MyBenefit cafeteria platform, sports card subsidy, social benefits fund, pension programs, and employee referral program\nFree access to the HBO platform\nWork-life balance initiatives including a wellbeing platform, yoga, massages, educational webinars, Employee Assistance Program, and employee-organized movie screenings in the office cinema room\nLearning and development opportunities including a learning platform, English language lesson subsidy, Employee Resource Groups, Engagement Club, and online expert sessions CSR activities including volunteering opportunities and environmental and social initiatives\nAccess to parking spaces\nYour Role Accountabilities\nCoordinate the preparation and review of annual statutory financial statements, statutory disclosures, and filing obligations across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with local accounting, corporate, and regulatory requirements.\nLead statutory audits from planning through completion, serving as the primary contact for external auditors and service providers while coordinating audit requests and supporting timely audit sign-off and filing.\nReview local GAAP reporting requirements, adjustments, and reconciliations, and support the alignment between US GAAP and local GAAP reporting frameworks.\nEvaluate and provide accounting guidance on complex transactions, including intercompany activities, transfer pricing arrangements, dividends, capital contributions, corporate restructurings, mergers, liquidations, and entity rationalization projects.\nPartner closely with RTR, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, and FP&A teams to support business initiatives and provide statutory accounting expertise.\nDrive process improvement, standardization, internal control enhancements, and compliance initiatives within the controllership organization.\nSupport team development through onboarding, training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.\nQualifications & Experience\nExtensive experience in statutory reporting, controllership, external audit, or corporate accounting within a multinational environment.\nStrong knowledge of statutory compliance, financial reporting requirements, external audit processes, IFRS, and local GAAP frameworks.\nProfessional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent preferred.\nExperience managing legal entities across multiple jurisdictions and assessing the accounting impact of complex business transactions.\nExperience using ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, PeopleSoft, or similar financial platforms, supported by advanced Excel skills.\nHybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
