Discovery’s global workforce.\n\nServe as the subject matter expert for mobility products, carrier services, and vendor relationships, providing guidance on device options, pricing, and service solutions.\n\nManage purchase order activities, including order creation, supplier quotations, tracking, procurement-system updates, and issue escalation to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.\n\nPartner with Tech Finance and business teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, procurement compliance, and operational continuity across technology purchasing activities.\n\nFulfillment Requests (40%)\nAct as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving mobility-related questions and complex issues while coordinating with Asset Management and Client Support teams to deliver a seamless end-user experience.\n\nDeliver effective solutions, including device replacements, escalations, inventory coordination, and device deployment support.\n\nProcurement Data Standards & Maintenance (10%)\nMaintain procurement data integrity through product catalogue management, supplier-data maintenance, and adherence to procurement standards and governance requirements.\n\nProcess Improvement (10%)\nIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance procurement efficiency, user experience, and overall operational effectiveness.\n\nQualifications & Experience…\nPrevious experience in technology procurement, mobility operations, or a related operational support function\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba, with an understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes\n\nFamiliarity with SharePoint and procurement or business operations systems.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and charts), PowerPoint, and Visio\n\nDemonstrated ability to support supplier management, purchasing activities, and data maintenance within a structured operational environment\n\nCustomer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting internal stakeholders across multiple functions\n\n#F&A\nHybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
