Atleast 2+ years of experience in a role where you defined and led architecture design\n\nHigh-Performance mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on quicklydelivering customer value over delivering a perfect solution\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence technical and non-technicalstakeholders across the company\n\nTechnical Leader and mentorship- Yourleadership style is rooted in strong collaboration andlifting others. You love to share your knowledge and experience across all teams\n\nExperience in designing reusable components and platform capabilities that acceleratedevelopment across multiple consumer products and engineering teams\n\nStrong full-stack engineering experience with modern web technologies and frameworks,including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Python, Go, etc.\n\nDeep industry experience in designing and implementing highly scalable Web applications, andhands-on familiarity with both client- and server- sidetechnologies.
