This role defines modeling approaches that advance the state of the art, and turns research into scalable, production-ready ML systems with measurable product and customer impact. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in applied machine learning, statistical analysis, and evaluation methodologies and drive innovation through data-informed decision-making.\nYour Role Accountabilities: \nLead end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade Gen AI based Media processing systems that supports language localization capabilities like Closed Captioning, Language translation, or Dubbing.\n\nLead data science experimentation by designing experiments, defining success metrics, iterating on model improvements, and transitioning validated approaches into scalable production ML pipelines.\n\nEstablish and operate robust production evaluation frameworks, covering model quality, drift detection, inference performance, and system-level metrics with and without ground truth.\n\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of Applied data scientist, Machine Learning Engineers, setting clear technical direction, delivery standards, and career development paths.\n\nMotivate, inspire and create a culture of experimentation and data-driven innovation while constantly striving to be an advocate for doing what is right for our customers\n\nWhat to Bring\n8+ years total experience of building production grade machine learning solutions\n\nExperience in designing machine learning driven, large-scale distributed systems with large scale customer base\n\nGood practical knowledge in modern machine learning lifecycle.\n\nAbility to technically collaborate with partners\n\nGood understanding of machine learning platform\n\nPreferred:\nPhD, or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML or related fields.\n\n3+ hands-on experience in any one of following fields: Computer Vision, ASR, Translation or Text-to-Speech technologies.\n\nWorking experience with global teams\n\nExperience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals\n\nWhat We Offer:\nA Great Place to work.\n\nChallenging ML problems in Media Domain.\n\nEqual opportunity employer\n\nFast track growth opportunities\n\nHow We Get Things Done…\nThis last bit is probably the most important!
