Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.\nYour New Role\nThe Creative Localization Designer will be a key member of the Photo Operations team within Global Content Operations, working closely with the Photo Operations Manager to fulfil image requirements for direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms across Japan and APAC. This role ensures that all visual assets meet the highest standards while being regionally and locally appropriate.\nYour Role Accountabilities\nWork closely with the Photo Operations Manager to provide all image deliverables for Japan and APAC.\n\nIndependently design, create, and localize Key Arts based on available assets for Japan and APAC markets.\n\nMaintain quality and consistency across a high volume of image execution for multiple brands while adhering to brand guidelines and product specifications.\n\nCollaborate with the global Photo Operations team to receive, localize, and distribute artwork across Japan and APAC.\n\nServe as the subject matter expert on visual asset localization and adaptation for cross-functional teams.\n\nLiaise with internal and external cross-functional teams as required.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 5 years of experience, preferably within creative agencies or creative departments.\n\nExperience in entertainment, DTC, or B2C creative development for Japan and multiple APAC markets.\n\nStrong understanding of creative development best practices across multiple channels and platforms.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom.\n\nExcellent English communication skills and native-level Japanese reading and writing ability.\n\nProven ability to deliver high-quality image assets at scale while managing multiple constraints.\n\nStrong visual storytelling judgment, attention to detail, ability to provide creative feedback, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.\n\nHow We Get Things Done…\nThis last bit is probably the most important!
