Managed AI is our MSP, purpose-built for institutional investors: private equity firms, venture capital funds, asset managers, and capital markets clients. We map how a firm actually works, deploy custom agents into the workflows that consume deal teams' time (reading deal documents, drafting IC memos, scoring targets, triaging inbound, structuring offers, monitoring portfolio companies), and keep evolving those systems as models and firm needs change. AI Engineering embeds our teams directly with clients to build and harden production AI systems. AI Transformation handles roadmap and readiness work, helping leaders figure out what to build, in what order, and how to prepare for it.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nBuild and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and integrate AI models and APIs.\n\nDesign and implement frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.\n\nManage cloud infrastructure and deploy applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (AWS preferred).\n\nUtilize Terraform or similar tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud resources.\n\nOptimize databases and data storage solutions using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.\n\nWork cross-functionally with product managers, AI engineers, and UX designers to bring AI-driven applications to market.\n\nImplement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.\n\nEnsure security best practices are followed in application architecture and development.\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.\n\nMaintain best practices in software engineering.\n\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience with JavaScript, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6, React, Vue.js, and Next.js\n\n2+ years of professional experience with TypeScript\n\n4+ years of professional experience with React, including familiarity with React Server Components\n\nProficient in Python development, with hands-on experience using FastAPI for backend services.\n\nProficiency in HTML/CSS and Git version control\n\nA solid understanding of how to build and interact with RESTful APIs, databases, and other back-end technologies\n\nExperience with state management libraries such as Redux\n\nExperience with deployment and/or machine learning solutions to at least one of the following cloud providers: Google Cloud, Azure, AWS (Azure preferred), and React applications\n\nFamiliarity with Terraform or similar infrastructure management tools.\n\nFamiliarity with LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is highly desirable.\n\nStrong API development experience, including integrating AI models into production systems.\n\nSolid understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience working in collaborative, iterative development environments.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in complex systems involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\n\nExcellent debugging and optimization skills\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with natural language processing (NLP) or large language models (LLMs).\n\nExperience with NextJS and its app directory routing structure\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for machine learning workflows.\n\nKnowledge of data engineering tools and techniques for preprocessing large datasets.\n\nFamiliarity with TailwindCSS and headless-ui frameworks\n\nThis is a hybrid role based out of our East Austin office, where you'll work alongside the team 3 to 5 days a week.\nPressW is an equal opportunity employer.
