This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (USDA, HACCP, OSHA, GMP) and supports continuous improvement by building a skilled and safety-conscious workforce.\nKey Responsibilities\nTraining Program Development & Delivery\n Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, workshops, and orientations.\nMaintain training calendars, attendance records, and certifications.\nTrack completion of required compliance and safety training.\nPrepare training materials, presentations, and communication for participants and facilitators.\nSupport onboarding of new employees, including orientation logistics and documentation.\nPartner with supervisors and department leaders to identify training needs.\nEvaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys and participation reports.\nManage the Learning Management System (LMS) or training database to ensure accuracy.\nAssist in creating and updating standard operating procedures, manuals, and job aids.\nCoordinate with external training vendors and maintain training-related invoices and budgets.\nProvide general administrative support to the HR or Training Department.\nCompliance & Documentation\nEnsure all training programs comply with USDA, OSHA, and HACCP regulations, as well as company policies.\nMaintain accurate training records, certificates, and audit-ready documentation.\nTrack employee compliance with required training modules (safety, food safety, sanitation, etc.).\nSupport internal and external audits by providing training documentation and ensuring readiness.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)\nTwo years of training and development, organizational development, instructional design or human resources or related experience preferred.\nBilingual preferred but not required.\nComputer Skills\nBasic computer knowledge with the ability to learn software.\nOther Skills and Abilities\n1. Display strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deal with frequent interruptions.\n2. Office 365 competency.\n3. Ability to cope with the physical and emotional stress of the position as employee may be subject to hostile or emotionally upset residents, personnel, and/or visitors.\n4. Ability to function independently given assigned duties.\n5.
