We focus on improving organizational performance through strategic people & process management.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Business Development Executive\n\nLocation: Abuja (FCT) \n\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Remote\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, partnerships, and revenue across Northern Nigeria.\n\n The successful candidate will leverage an established business network to generate and convert opportunities across our consulting services, manufacturing and investment advisory, project development, and relatedservices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Identify and acquire new clients, business opportunities, and strategic partners.\n\n Leverage existing networks to engage business owners, investors, institutions, and decision-makers.\n\n Promote the company’s consulting, investment advisory, and project development services.\n\n Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.\n\n Develop proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.\n\n Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and submit regular performance reports.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\n Qualified business opportunities generated.\n\n New clients acquired and contracts secured.\n\n Revenue generated from new engagements.\n\n Strength and conversion of the sales pipeline.\n\n Strategic partnerships established.\n\n Consistent reporting and follow-up.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.\n\n 4–6 years of relevant B2B business development, corporate sales, consulting, or partnership experience.\n\n Established business network across Northern Nigeria.\n\n Proven ability to convert prospects into clients, contracts, or partnerships.\n\n Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.\n\n Ability to work independently and travel when required.\n\nSalary\n\nN400,000 -
