outreach efforts.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in developing and implementing strategies to effectively administer missions opportunities\nSupport the implementation of strategic plans and processes that advance mobilization goals\nAssist in engaging and mobilizing PBC members to serve through local, national, and international missions opportunities\nSupport and maintain relationships with new and existing ministry partners as mission opportunities develop\nAssist with logistics and coordination related to missions execution\nEnsure leaders and participants are informed of project requirements and location specific expectations \nAssist in planning and executing large-scale ministry initiatives and events \nCoordinate and support ministry participants in accomplishing ministry goals and projects \nMaintain accurate ministry records and databases related to ministry partners, missions projects, etc.\nMaintain accuracy in the PBC church programming software to enter events \nSubmit check requests, purchase orders, contract requests and other financial related items and ensure compliance with PBC policies \nEnsure volunteer screening processes are followed\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nRequirements:\nGrowing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC\nExcellent planning and organizational skills\nAble to multi-task and prioritize work\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral\nAble to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality\nProficient user of Microsoft software\nExperience with planning or participating in missions helpful\nSome college, college degree preferred\nAbility to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and PBC events as assigned\nAbility to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting 20 pounds without
