As a Cyber Security Specialist you’ll help protect Pret's technology, data, cloud environments and business operations. As part of the Cyber Security team, you will manage and improve a broad range of security capabilities including Security Operations, Third Party Risk Management, Identity and Access Management, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Email and Web Security, Vulnerability Management and AI Security. Working closely with technology and business teams, you will help strengthen Pret's security posture, support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our global operations.\nKey responsibilities\nOwn and continually improve cyber security technologies, controls and platforms across the organisation. \nMonitor, investigate and respond to security alerts, incidents and emerging threats. \nSupport and enhance Security Operations and threat detection capabilities. \nManage Third Party Risk Management activities, including supplier security assessments and remediation tracking. \nSupport Zero Trust initiatives across identities, devices, applications and networks. \nManage Identity and Access Management controls, including privileged access and authentication technologies. \nMaintain and improve email, web and internet security controls. \nWork with infrastructure, Service desk, digital and cloud teams to improve and maintain security controls across Azure and Google Cloud environments. \nSupport vulnerability management, security reviews and risk assessments. \nSupport the secure adoption and governance of AI technologies. \nLead and support cyber security projects, improvements and strategic initiatives. \nDevelop and maintain security standards, procedures and technical documentation. \nSupport audit and compliance activities including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks. \nProduce security metrics, reporting and risk insights for technical and business stakeholders. \nEvaluate emerging threats and technologies to strengthen Pret's security capabilities. \nExperience and Skills required\nEssential\n3+ years' experience working in Cyber Security, Information Security or Security Operations roles.\nExperience managing and operating cyber security technologies and controls.\nStrong understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks and industry best practices.\nExperience with security monitoring, investigation and incident response.\nKnowledge of Identity and Access Management, MFA and privileged access controls.\nExperience with email security, web security and phishing protection technologies.\nExperience with vulnerability management, risk management and security assessments.\nUnderstanding of cloud security concepts, preferably within Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience conducting supplier security assessments and technology security reviews.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience working with recognised frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS.\nDesirable\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP\nExperience with Zero Trust security architectures.\nExperience with CNAPP, CSPM or cloud security platforms.\nExperience with AI security, governance or risk management.\nExperience with security automation and orchestration technologies.\nKnowledge of retail, hospitality or consumer facing environments.\nLife at Pret\nIn the office\nOur offices are where teams come together to collaborate, connect and bring great ideas to life.
