Now, on the Hot Food Chef Role…
Our Hot Chefs work as a key part of our team, ensuring our hot food is delicious, every time. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining consistent and quality hot food standards, with a focus on providing customers with quality fresh food that looks great in our counters. At peak times our Hot Chefs are supported by trained Team Members, making hot food in both kitchen and front counter areas. As well as food quality, as a Hot Chef, you’ll ensure our hot food equipment is maintained to the required Health and Safety standards. Hot work? For sure, but also very rewarding.

- Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete

The Pret interview journey
Step one: apply! Please don’t overly rely on the use of AI, we want to get to know you, not a robot.
Then, if we move forward with your application, we’ll start the process with an initial phone screening. The next stage is a 60-minute shop-based interview with the General Manager and the team.
