with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.\nProject / Role\nDesign, develop and maintain intelligent automation solutions using Python and/or C#.\nBuild end-to-end automation workflows leveraging scripts, workflow orchestration, APIs and AI-powered agents.\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.\nDevelop integrations between enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API and authentication mechanisms.\nDesign and implement ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.\nBuild AI assistants, copilots and autonomous agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nEnsure solution quality, scalability, maintainability and security by following software engineering best practices.\nDrive innovation by introducing modern AI, automation and integration technologies across business processes.\nRequirements\nProven experience in software development using Python and/or C#.\nHands-on experience delivering enterprise automation solutions from concept to production.\nStrong knowledge of API development and system integration (REST, SOAP, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth).\nExperience working with structured and unstructured data as well as ETL or data processing workflows.\nPractical experience with one or more automation platforms, such as: Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, UiPath, n8n, Zapier or Make\nExperience working with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.\nUnderstanding of software engineering best practices, including Git, testing and CI/CD.\nExperience building AI-powered automations using Generative AI and Large Language Models.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.\nNice to have\nExperience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.\nKnowledge of Data Engineering, ETL processes and Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures.\nHands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio or Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, RAG, vector databases).\nExperience in Business Analysis, enterprise system integrations or Finance/Tax Technology and ERP environments.\nMicrosoft certifications related to Azure, AI, Data or Power
