Role\nBuild and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, integrating data from multiple sources.\nDevelop data transformations, data models, and semantic models for reporting and analytics.\nCreate and maintain Power BI reports, including DAX measures and business KPIs.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to define and measure AI adoption and business value.\nContribute to conversational data access solutions using Fabric Data Agents, Power BI Copilot, or custom LLM-based solutions.\nValidate the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated answers by designing test scenarios and defining the scope of supported queries.\nRequirements\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and notebooks.\nStrong Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX, and semantic models.\nGood knowledge of SQL and experience with Python and/or PySpark.\nExperience integrating data from various sources, such as APIs, files, databases, and SaaS platforms.\nKnowledge of or a strong interest in GenAI solutions for data analytics, including text-to-SQL/DAX, Fabric Data Agents, or Power BI Copilot.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering and approaches to evaluating LLM output quality.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to independently clarify ambiguous business requirements.\nFluent English, with confidence in working directly with US-based stakeholders.\nNice to have\nExperience with AI adoption reporting, ROI measurement, or digital transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Azure OpenAI or Azure AI
