(Warsaw)\nProject / Role\nProviding day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.\nManaging end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative processes, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding.\nMaintaining and archiving physical and digital employee records in compliance with Polish labor regulations and internal policies.\nPreparing employment contracts, letters, HR documentation, and periodic data reports.\nAdministering employee benefit programs and supporting local HR initiatives.\nResolving employee inquiries efficiently and serving as a key point of contact for HR matters.\nCooperating with external HR, payroll, and service vendors.\nCollaborating closely with People Business Partners and Centers of Expertise.\nRequirements\nHands-on experience in HR administration, People Operations, or an HR service delivery environment.\nEducational background in business administration, HR, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong professional English communication skills (written and spoken).\nProven background in handling employee lifecycle administration and documentation.\nKnowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices.\nPractical experience working with HR systems, databases, and reporting tools.\nHigh level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.\nExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.\nSolid communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\nWhat do we
