Senior Product Analyst

At Pretius we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to a large-scale e-commerce platform development.

Project / Role

• Lead complex analytical projects supporting strategic product decisions in the Sponsored Offers domain.
• Design analytical frameworks that validate product hypotheses and provide clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation by designing and evaluating A/B tests and translating results into business insights.
• Define, monitor and improve product KPIs to support data-driven product development.
• Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineering teams to prioritize initiatives and maximize business impact.
• Communicate analytical findings through executive-ready presentations, decision memos and data storytelling.
• Promote analytical best practices and mentor other analysts.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience with A/B testing, including experiment design, statistical interpretation and business recommendations (mandatory).
• Experience in Advertising (AdTech), marketplace, ranking or recommendation domains is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of independently delivering analytical projects that influence product or business decisions.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, including large-scale analytical queries and metric pipelines, and strong Python skills for reproducible data analysis.
• Experience working with BigQuery, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of KPI design, experimentation methodologies and analytical frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
• Experience using AI-assisted analytical tools while maintaining analytical rigor.
• English level B2+.

Nice to have

• Experience with causal inference methods beyond traditional A/B testing.
• Experience mentoring analysts and establishing analytical standards across teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-native analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
