The DPM oversees the coordination, scheduling, and execution of RATT and Organic Repair Capability Assessment (ORCA) ship visits while helping ensure personnel and resources are effectively managed to meet contract requirements across multiple geographic locations.\nLocation\nSan Diego, CA, with possible travel\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist the Program Manager with the daily execution and management of the RATT contract \nAct on behalf of the Program Manager during their absence \nOversee the coordination, scheduling, and execution of RATT and ORCA ship visits \nCoordinate personnel and resources to support simultaneous and geographically dispersed requirements \nHelp ensure contract activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with PWS requirements \nSupport the management of personnel, schedules, and operational priorities across multiple locations\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 10 years of experience managing federal Government service contracts, with a focus on Navy ship maintenance, training, or operations \nDemonstrated supervisory or management experience with strong leadership and organizational skills \nExperience working with Navy maintenance or training staffs, such as Immediate Superior in Command (ISIC), Type Commander (TYCOM), or Afloat Training Group (ATG) organizations \nIn-depth knowledge of Navy shipboard operations, maintenance processes, and personnel management \nProven ability to manage schedules, resources, and personnel across multiple geographic locations\nSecurity Clearance\nMust possess and maintain a SECRET clearance\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university\nIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!\nAt Prevailance, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
