The RATT provides shipboard training, technical assistance, and readiness support to surface ships throughout the Pacific Fleet.\nThe Program Manager is responsible for managing the RATT workforce and overall contract effort across multiple geographic locations. The PM balances personnel and resources against simultaneous shipboard support requirements, monitors contract performance, and ensures the RATT workforce is effectively aligned to meet PACFLEET ship readiness requirements and event timelines.\nLocation\nSan Diego, CA, with possible travel\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the overall execution and management of the RATT contract \nManage and balance the RATT workforce to meet multiple concurrent event requirements and timelines \nOversee personnel across multiple labor categories and geographic locations \nMonitor contract performance and ensure effective execution of PWS requirements \nManage personnel and resources supporting PACFLEET ships \nProvide leadership and oversight appropriate to a geographically dispersed Navy readiness support effort\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 15 years of experience managing various labor categories and monitoring the performance of federal Government service contracts \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification by contract award or within three months of award \nSenior U.S. Navy ship leadership experience as both: A Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) \n Commanding Officer of a U.S. Navy warship\n\nSenior U.S. Navy ship engineering leadership experience as Chief Engineer of a U.S. Navy warship \nNavy maintenance or training staff experience, such as Immediate Superior in Command (ISIC), Type Commander (TYCOM), or Afloat Training Group (ATG)\nExtensive Navy technical management experience\nExtensive experience developing, implementing, and controlling Navy ship maintenance strategies and processes \nSupervisory experience in analyses, information system operations, and implementation of related technical projects \nIn-depth knowledge of Navy ship depot-level maintenance processes \nNavy shipboard experience across multiple ships \nEducation\nPost-graduate degree from an accredited university in management or a technical field\nSecurity Clearance\nMust possess and maintain a SECRET clearance\nDesired Qualifications\n25 or more years of experience managing labor categories and monitoring the performance of federal Government service contracts \nIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!\nAt Prevailance, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
