This role requires deep understanding of logistics processes, sustainment planning, inter-service coordination, and the Joint Staff Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) process. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience integrating supply, engineering, medical services, maintenance, transportation, and operational contract support considerations into comprehensive operational and contingency plans.\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:\nProvide expert logistics planning and analysis across strategic and operational levels in support of combatant command and component-level requirements\nApply extensive knowledge of operational planning, concept planning, bi-lateral and multi-lateral planning, and exercise planning\nIntegrate logistics considerations across supply, sustainment, medical services, engineering, facilities, maintenance, munitions, contract support, and transportation functions\nSupport planning efforts aligned with the Joint Staff APEX process\nProvide logistics planning and advisory support to Marine Corps organizations operating within the CENTCOM area of responsibility\nSupport planning for Special Access Programs (SAP), SCI-level plans, theater campaign plans, posture plans, and synchronization efforts\nTrack and report on operational-level planning efforts at the Top Secret level, including contingency plans across the Middle East region\nCoordinate logistics support requirements with service components including AFCENT, ARCENT, NAVCENT, and SOCCENT\nDevelop recommendations for logistics policy, sustainment concepts, and commodity distribution strategies\nParticipate in crisis action teams (CAT) and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) as required\nAssist staff and subordinate elements in achieving logistics training and exercise objectives\nSupport development and refinement of SOPs, execution checklists, orders, directives, and training materials\nIncorporate lessons learned and after-action insights into planning processes and documentation\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n8-10 years of experience in strategic and operational logistics planning within a Geographic Combatant Command environment\nDemonstrated expertise in operational, concept, bilateral, multilateral, and exercise planning across logistics functions\nStrong understanding of the Joint Staff APEX process\nExperience integrating logistics functions such as supply, sustainment, medical, engineering, facilities, maintenance, munitions, transportation, and contract support\nKnowledge of CENTCOM operational conditions and requirements\nDesired Qualifications:\nSenior-level planning experience in joint and combined operational environments \nDeep understanding of APEX, CONOPS development, and inter-service coordination\nProficient across logistics planning domains including supply, medical, engineering, transportation, and contract support\nAbility to shape logistics doctrine, policies, and sustainment strategies\nSkilled in developing SOPs and integrating operational lessons learned\nProven ability to contribute to classified planning documentation\nEducation:\n Master’s degree (MA/MS)\nGraduate of JPME II, Staff College, or War College\nClearance:\nPossesses Top Secret Clearance (SCI preferred)\nIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!\nPrevailance, Inc. proudly supports veterans as a member of the V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) program and the Hire Vets initiative.
