This role is suited for seasoned SERE professionals with senior instructional experience who can lead field and resistance training events, assess student performance, and uphold rigorous training standards. Travel may be required.\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:\nDeliver field and technical SERE instruction including survival, navigation, signaling, evasion, and personnel recovery techniques\nInstruct students on use of maps, compasses, GPS, and communication/signaling devices\nConduct training in austere and physically demanding environments\nDeliver resistance training through classroom instruction, role-play scenarios, debriefs, and guided discussions\nConduct and demonstrate resistance activities including student processing, searches, and field tactical interrogations\nEvaluate and assess student performance in simulated captivity environments\nValidate training materials, syllabi, and instructor guides to ensure accuracy and effectiveness\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nGraduate of USAF SV81A or an approved DoD SERE Level C (High Risk) Course\nLevel C certificate required\n5+ years experience instructing at an SV88AL SERE course\n 10+ years of military service (any branch); minimum rank E-7\nHonorable discharge (DD-214 required)\nAbility to meet demanding physical requirements (rucking, prolonged standing, extended instruction hours)\nAbility to pass SERE psychological screening and High-Risk training evaluations\nDesired Qualifications:\nFirst Aid / CPR or Wilderness First Responder certification\nFamiliarity with USAF SERE program structure and hierarchy\nEducation:\nHigh School diploma or GED\nClearance:\nPossesses and maintain a Secret Clearance\nIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!\nPrevailance, Inc. proudly supports veterans as a member of the V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) program and the Hire Vets initiative.
