You will play an essential role in supporting our clients as they develop, update, and secure their embedded systems, particularly in response to evolving security standards and regulations.\nKey Responsibilities in Embedded Linux Engineering & Consulting\nDesign, develop, and optimize embedded Linux software for various hardware platforms.\n\nWork closely with our skilled engineers and customers.\n\nDesirable: Additional Responsibilities\nCollaborate on hardware root-of-trust, secure boot, and chain-of-trust implementations.\n\nAssist in system hardening, configuration for security, encryption, and access control mechanisms and embedded patch management.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience in Embedded Linux.\nBackground in software development and embedded systems, specifically with Linux.\n\nAbility to work with Linux both in user and kernel space.\n\nExperience working with Yocto\n\nStructured, analytical, and reliable approach to problem solving.\n\nExcellent English communication and writing skills, able to convey technical detail concisely and clearly.\n\nDesirable: Additional Skills & Qualifications\nExperience in cybersecurity, software lifecycle management, or security architecture (from any industry - embedded, medical, IT, defense, etc.).\n\nExperience working with security standards - e.g. IEC 62443-4-1/2, IEC 81001-5-1, ETSI EN 303 645, EN 18031, ISO 27001.\n\nHands-on experience with secure software development technologies such as secure bootloaders, encrypted data storage, threat modelling (e.g. STRIDE), and system authentication methods.\n\nWhy Join Prevas?
