Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION - Packing and Dispatch Operative Responsible to: Packing and Dispatch Manager Purpose of Role: To pack and dispatch all incoming orders correctly and on time Location:Parkway Link units 7&8, Kettlebridge Road, Sheffield, S9 3AJ Employment Status:Permanent (full-time 37.5 hours per week) Shifts: Mon - Sat 7am till 6pm Key Responsibilities Packing Duties · Assemble individual sexual health self-sampling kits in line with approved SOPs, quality standards, and agreed productivity targets. · Accurately select kit components, ensuring correct LOT numbers and expiry dates are used and recorded in accordance with traceability requirements. · Maintain full end-to-end traceability of kits and consumables, including LOT and expiry information where required. · Ensure First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) stock rotation is consistently applied to kits and consumables. · Complete all production and target sheets clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner. · Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment across packing workstations and warehouse areas. · Assist with the receipt, checking, and put-away of inbound deliveries as required, ensuring stock is corre
