Das wird dein Job

  • Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben bringen dich nicht ins Schwitzen. Deshalb übernimmst du neben diesen auch gerne die Erstellung von Abfallkalendern.
  • Auf dich kann man sich immer verlassen: der IHG- und kommunale Bereich kann immer auf die Richtigkeit deiner mit SAP und Prologis erstellten Statistiken sowie deiner Projektkalkulation vertrauen. Deshalb freut man sich auch immer auf deine Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und -umsetzung.
  • Du kennst dich aus: du bist für die Herleitung neuer Entsorgungskonzepte verantwortlich. Dafür erkundest du die entsprechenden Gebiete und übernimmst aufgrund deiner freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kommunen.
  • Du hast immer den Überblick. Klar, dass du deshalb auch die operativen und administrativen Prozesse am besten kennst und dynamisch an der Verbesserungen der internen und externen Abläufen arbeitest.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder Fachkraft (m/w/d) für Kreislauf- und Abfallwirtschaft
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Branchenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Google-Workspace Kenntnisse
  • Belastbarkeit, organisatorisches Geschick sowie Teamfähigkeit
