Ensure staff have executed the required Inspection and maintenance plans/QC Programs and is ultimately responsible for the final quality and throughout of the department. Will participate and be involved in all development training of staff. Will ensure automated fixture cleaning & testing with final verification on all newly received products within branch and all quality control checks have been completed and executed; Ensuring assets are ready for all outbound shipments\nSupervisory responsibilities\nCoordination of team members and maintain schedules\nEssential functions\n Staff are maintaining and entering all factory acceptance testing and QC documentation\n Maintains accurate parts lists for all related equipment within department\nEnsures maintenance policies and procedures are met and related paperwork is in order\n Ensures all equipment QC deadlines are met\nIntermediate understanding of Control software and operation\nLeads internal training with entry level personnel\nLeads by example and encourages subordinates and peers to perform work in a safe manner, wear proper PPE, adhere to safety standards and policies, and remain accident free.\nKeeps work area clean and organized\nOther duties as assigned or directed\nQualifications\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nExtensive knowledge of products and solutions used in discipline\nMicrosoft Suite products\nAble to lead a team\nCommunication to members of team and management staff\nPhysical Demands\nFrequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. \nSpecific vision abilities for this job may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus, with or without the use of glasses or contact lenses. \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to follow spots and moving lights, loud noises, fumes, or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. \nAbility to lift, push, pull, and/or carry objects up to 75 pounds, as necessary.\nMust be able to communicate effectively by listening and in both written and verbal forms. \nMust be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold. \nTravel required\nLess than 25% of the time. Occasional presence needed on show site.\nMust have valid Driver’s License \nRequired education and experience\n3+ years of Automated Lighting repair experience\n Advanced understanding of standard electrical procedures for safety, knowledge of standard electronic test equipment and basic A/C, D/C and digital circuit operation.\n Developed electrical basics & fundamentals in troubleshooting\n Demonstrated mechanical aptitude \n HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent\nEEO and Disclosure\nPRG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
