This includes completing the configuration (preparation), repair and return of equipment in assigned area of responsibility in the time frame and order specified by and set forth by management.\nAccurately scan equipment barcodes and enter quantity count data into TEAM when performing check-out or check-in tasks, ensuring that the data entered is accurate and comprehensive. \nEnsure that the quality of all equipment prepared in assigned area of responsibility meets or exceeds standards of performance defined by Company guidelines \nComplete Company paperwork as required \nRe-stock equipment correctly according to standards set forth by the depot \nParticipate in the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles \nParticipates in set-up, operation and break-down of equipment relating to needs of clients, including but not limited to, corporate events, tradeshows, exhibits, concerts, theatrical productions, etc. \nAbility to perform all levels of work from level II \nDoes related work as required \nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or its' equivalent \nTrade show, technical school, or post High School training in an appropriate field preferred.\nStrong customer service with ability to self-manage \nExcellent knowledge of the technical principles of operation and maintenance of the electronic equipment to which the incumbent is assigned \nExcellent knowledge of the principles and practices of workplace safety \nExcellent understanding of equipment within department as well as an understanding of how equipment integrates with the entire show \nProven ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems \nExcellent or working knowledge of common computer productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office; the ability to learn and utilize PRG proprietary software \nCustomer service orientation; tact; professionalism \nPhysical condition commensurate with the demands of the position; must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. \nEEO and Disclosure\nPRG is an Equal Opportunity Employer. \nPRG is a drug-free work environment, pre-employment testing will be required.\nProduction Resource Group LLC participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.\nPRG cares about the safety of our employees and applicants.
